The current iPhone uses Low Temperature Poly Silicon Technology in display and the same may continue to iPhone 6. There is one more rumor about the display that it may have a bezel free display with an edge to edge design. Its not sure that the rumors are right, but Apple will surely bring the best for its users and people will love it like the other iOS systems.
